Slow Cooker Pineapple Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs RedBird Farms Chicken Split Breast

  • 1 oz can pineapple chunks

  • 3 tb honey

  • 1 tb soy sauce

  • 1/2 c brown sugar

  • 2 tsp ground ginger

  • Optional: Bacon, chopped

  • Optional: Avocado, cubed

  • Optional: sliced pineapple

Method

  1. Place slicedchicken breasts into slow cooker.

  2. Pour pineapple chunks, with juice, over chicken.
    Add honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, and ginger.

  3. Cook on high for 1 hour.

  4. Reduce to Low and cook an additional 6 hours.

  5. Top with bacon, avocado, pineapple, and serve with fresh rolls.
