BBQ RedBird Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 red bird chicken breasts

  • 3/4 cup Bbq sauce

  • 1 teaspoon vinegar

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Method

  1. I line a corning wear dish with aluminum foil.

  2. Salt the chicken breast on both sides. Place them into the dish.

  3. Put about 3/4 of a cup of bbq sauce in a cup, add about a teaspoon of vinegar to the bbq sauce sprinkle a little pepper into it stir it so the vinegar gets mixed in, taste it, add more vinegar if you think it needs it.

  4. Spoon the mixture on the chicken breasts.

  5. Spread it all over the chicken breasts.

  6. I cover with a lid and place in a 350 degree oven.

  7. Bake for 30 minutes.

  8. Remove from the oven and turn the breasts over and repeat the process with the bbq sauce.

  9. Place back in the oven and continue baking for about 20 minutes.

  10. How long you bake them depends on the breast size.

  11. Remove from the oven and enjoy.
