12 fresh jalapenos
1 LB cream cheese
1 LB Red Bird Tres Chilies Turkey Sausage (or Red Bird Ground Chicken)
1 LB thin sliced bacon
1.Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
2.Cut jalapenos in half and clean out seeds from inside (If you desire a hot popper leave seeds in).
3.Cut bacon in half.
4.Smear cream cheese on the inside of the jalapeno.
5.Scoop Tres Chilies Turkey Sausage on top of the cream cheese in the jalapeno.
6.Wrap bacon around the pepper, cream cheese and turkey.
7.Bake for 25 minutes or until bacon is to desired crispness.
