1 LB of Red Bird Tres Chilies Turkey Sausage (can also use Red Bird ground chicken)

1 18 OZ bottle of BBQ Sauce

1 bottle of Picante hot sauce

½ Cup Sour Cream (optional)


1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2.Form turkey sausage into small balls and bake for 20 min.

3.In a saucepan over low heat, simmer BBQ sauce and add picante hot sauce to desired spice level.

4.Add meatballs and simmer over low heat for 30-45 min.

5.Top with sour cream (if desired) and serve.
